While Vespa Queens is located just over the 59th Street Bride in Long Island City, we wanted to offer Pick Up and Delivery out of respect for your time and our definition of Service. We will deliver vehicles as close as a few blocks away and to the Hamptons as well. Call us for pricing.

Insurance

There is no need to get stressed when enjoying the purchase of a Vespa from Vespa Queens. We will handle all the details of insurance (as well as registration and inspection) and we will provide you with options so you can compare rates from three different carriers if you so choose.

Getting your vehicle driver’s license

It is important for you to know that in the State of New York, a motorcycle license is required for all those who are driving a Vespa. While some will complain about this initially, there is no question that the process of obtaining this license will be informative and comfortable, resulting in a more confident operator (and his or her passenger). We will assist in making arrangements for taking of the course and then the test as well.

Registration

While we do not need to call ourselves a “one stop shop”, we in fact do take the hassle or stress out of the overall process in purchasing a new or used vehicle. The registration process as well as all necessary paperwork and filings, will be handled by us with New York State. All we will ask you to do is to sign your name.

Custom Painting and Bodywork

Before we were Vespa of Queens, our shop was known as Daytona Car, and performed repairs for luxury vehicle owners, dealers and manufacturers. Our paint shop was second to none, and we still continue offering the services of our master painters when customizing Vespa’s  for companies who want to use Vespa for promotional purposes. Our clients too, can be most creative, and we will work with them to accommodate their desire to have special colors or designs.

Performance Parts Sold and Installed

While there is not much more that can be done to improve the Vespa ride of all it’s models, the industry does have some special suppliers that manufacture parts that are special. Just as you would select different shock absorbers for your car to modify the ride, you will be offered a selection of optional parts that can provide more responsive handling as well as some extra power if needed.  When you visit Vespa Queens to inquire about a new or used Vespa, you can ask to meet one of our technically trained mechanics to discuss these options.
